- This article is about the increase of cost for the immigrants. They are afraid of not being able to migrate because they cannot pay the fee. "The immigration agency, which is a self-supporting, faces an 118 million dollar shortfall." Immigrants do not want to lose their rights to migrate. The agencies have to get money from Congress to not lose money and shortfall. Immigrants want to migrate, but they cannot do that without legalization, that cannot happen without money to confirm them into their new country. The immigrants are upset and angry because this is their new chance for a new and better lifestyle.

- Fertility Rate is the rate of how many children are being born in a specific country. This article talks about how Taiwan's fertility rate is the lowest in the world. A survey shows that Taiwan has an "average of one child per women." That means that if there is a very low rate of babies then there would be a very low rate of women too. "According to the data sheet Taiwan registered only eight-births per 1,000 population, the lowest level in the world. Taiwan's population as of mid- 2009 was 23.1 million." It also looks like that the population will decrease over the years.

- Many countries have increasing population over the years. Also, countries can have a decreasing population too. Australia has a larger population than India. Japan's population is going to decrease. This is because there is to many people and they will not hav enough resources for all of them. Saudi Arabia is going to increase by 74 percent. As you can tell some countries are increasing and or decreasing. Australia is supposed to have an increasing population. If there population goes up then there pollution will go up, because of this they will not want their population to go up.
